Abstract
Recently, mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA)based sealers were developed and applied to the clinical cases due to their favorable biological and physical properties. Among these, a Pozzolan-based MTA sealer (EndoSeal MTA, Maruchi, Wonju, Korea) is gaining a concern. However, there have been no long-term follow-up reports of the cases which were treated with this MTA sealer. This reportshows the use of Pozzolan-based MTA sealer as an obturating material in combination withgutta-perchain promotingthe periapical healing with three endodontic cases.
